Scrambled Tofu

2 servings


½ pack of tofu

¼ zucchini grated

1 carrot grated

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

Salt & pepper

1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Cumin, chili as desired



  1. Drain the water from the tofu pack

  2. Break the tofu with hands in a bowl

  3. Add in the turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper, chili

  4. Fry the garlic and onions with a bit of water or oil

  5. Add the grated zucchini and carrot and fry for 3 min

  6. Then add in the tofu and mix well as you would scrambled eggs.

  7. Serve on wholemeal toast or have with some baked beans, and enjoy!
