Our January Women’s Wellness Farm Retreat will be held in the gentle embrace of the land, where birdsong, open skies, soil, and simplicity remind us of what truly matters.
This special morning is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and gently plant seeds, both literally and energetically for the year ahead.
✨ What this morning will offer:
• A grounding mindfulness meditation to gently arrive and open ourselves
• A silent walking meditation, honouring the earth beneath our feet
• Time with the animals and gardens, reconnecting with the natural rhythms of life
• Harvesting fresh vegetables from the land
• A relaxed tea and coffee circle
• A reflective conversation on death, renewal, and new beginnings, releasing what no longer serves us to make space for growth
• A beautiful cultural introduction to Emirati traditions around food and nourishment
• A shared Bastaki-style lunch, enjoyed slowly and consciously
🌱 A special ritual:
We will each plant our own seed in a pot, working with the soil, connecting with Mother Earth, and setting an intention for the year ahead. You’ll take your planted seed home with you; a living reminder of growth, patience, and new beginnings.
And yes… there will be a few lovely surprises along the way 🌸

Private Cooking Experience – Just You, Me & the Magic of the Kitchen
Step into my cozy home kitchen for a special 3-hour one-to-one cooking experience where it’s all about good food, fun, and learning! Together, we’ll prepare delicious plant-based meals (Breakfast, main meal, dessert) while I share tips, techniques, and stories about why cooking has become one of my greatest passions.
Expect hands-on cooking, lots of laughs, and a relaxed pace that lets you truly enjoy the process. At the end, we’ll sit down to eat what we’ve made; and you’ll also get to take the rest home to enjoy later!
Love animals? You might get a cuddle from my friendly pets, Milo and Sage; but don’t worry, if you prefer a pet-free experience, I’ll make sure they’re kept away during the session.

This 2-hour healing workshop is specially created for women in midlife who are navigating the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause or menopause. If you're experiencing back or body pain, stiffness, fatigue, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, this session is for you. It’s also for women who are overwhelmed by the conflicting wellness advice out there and are looking for gentle, grounded guidance.

Rowena (Pain & alignment coach) will share powerful micro-movements and alignment techniques designed to help relieve tension, improve posture, and reconnect with your body. No mats or fancy gear needed — just a willingness to reconnect with yourself and feel supported.
