For years, I juggled it all — chasing productivity, trying to stay strong, and doing what I thought was “right.” But eventually, my body and spirit began whispering that something needed to change.
Then came the wake-up call.
My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was shaken. It pushed me to dig deeper into how we nourish and care for our bodies, not just for survival, but for real vitality. I immersed myself in holistic nutrition, natural healing, and began making changes that transformed my life from the inside out.
One of the most pivotal moments was a solo trip to the Himalayas in Nepal — a sacred pause where I reconnected with myself, my purpose, and the healing power of simplicity. I returned home with a new fire in my heart to support other women walking through midlife transitions.
Since then, I’ve trained as an integrative health coach and yoga teacher, but most of what I share comes from lived experience. I now guide women 40+ through gentle detox, clean eating, hormone support, and mindful living.
I’m also the author of “I Can Make You Vegan” — a book that shares my personal journey toward plant-based living. But it's not just about becoming vegan — it’s about empowerment. Inside, I offer practical, realistic lifestyle habits you can start at any stage, whether you're fully plant-based or simply looking to feel better. My hope is that it inspires you to explore, reconnect, and nourish yourself with intention.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief in the power of sisterhood. I’ve seen firsthand the magic that happens when women gather — to share, to heal, to feel seen. Midlife doesn’t have to be something we “survive” — it’s a time to reclaim our joy, our radiance, and our rhythm.
