Welcome to my page, now let me tell you a little about myself.
I became interested in holistic health and healthier lifestyle habits when my elder sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like most people, you always assume such diseases would never hit close to home but life is unpredictable. It was hard on all of us, but being the inspiring elder sister she was, she survived and was my motivation to focus on learning all about healthy living. I suddenly had a passion to learn more and introduce wellness to my family and friends, and focus more on prevention of any diseases instead of cure. I educated myself on the benefits of a whole food plant based diet and avoided all animal products from my diet, and this is what I love sharing to the world so you too can experience all the beautiful rewards.
I was always caught up in the fast pace of life; juggling work, chores, family and not really feeling a sense of fulfillment or satisfaction. I then decided to go on a solo trip to Nepal and spend sometime at a yoga retreat. It was the first time I could actually hear my thoughts, and it was then I knew what I wanted to do with my life.
I decided to leave the corporate world and spend my time learning about nutrition and health. I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I also continued practicing yoga and meditation daily.
I wanted to have more holistic tools to help me and my family so I became a Reiki Practitioner and the level of peace and love it brought to me was amazing. This is why i want to share this love with the world who might be in need of it.
