But in today's world it feels impossible to find a way to eat well without gaining weight or feeling hungry all the time.
Most diets today are one-size-fits-all approaches that require you to give up your favorite foods—and your favorite desserts—in favor of tasteless shakes and bland soups. It can be hard to stick with these plans for any length of time because they leave out what brings us the most joy in life: food!
In this day of contradictory nutrition and health advice, you need someone who will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of wellness and nutrition.
That person is me. As your health coach, I will use a holistic approach to health and wellness. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated.
Together, we'll work through a series of questions to understand exactly what's holding you back from reaching the body—and mind—of your dreams. We'll learn about your current habits, figure out what changes need to be made, set your personal goals, and create a blueprint for sustainable change that fits in with your lifestyle and schedule. Once we get all of this information gathered together, we'll put it into action in an easy-to-follow plan that will give you flexibility and sustainable results.
