As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I make it easier than ever to start eating whole, plant-based foods that help you feel and look great.

 

When you're unsure of how to begin your journey, we provide you with simple-to-make meals every day of the week. And when you're ready to take on more of the cooking yourself, we give you advice and tips on how to cook your own healthy dishes that fit into a plant based lifestyle.

 

I create a supportive environment that enables you to achieve your health goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating focus on counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. But those lists of restrictions just don't work for everyone.

 

The same goes for exercise regimens, which can be overwhelming for busy people who just want to focus on making progress as quickly as possible.

 

That's why I've developed plant based programs that help clients make better food and lifestyle choices and simple improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together.

I'll walk you through what it means to eat a whole-food, plant-based diet and show you how to make it work for your busy life. You'll get recipes that are simple enough for any weeknight, but hearty enough to last you through the weekend. ​I'm a certified Health Coach, graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am also a certified Level 1 & 2 Reiki Practitioner and a certified yoga teacher. I live an active life with my husband, and three teenagers. Many of us are looking for healthier ways to eat when we're running around after work, school dropoffs, kids' activities, housework… the list goes on!

 

That's exactly why I developed my programs: to teach busy mums (and anyone else who needs a healthy meal) that it's not hard—and you can eat well, be well, feel well—without spending hours in the kitchen
